Pool & Hot Tub
The pool, spa, and bathhouse are at the center of the complex. The pool is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer to a comfortable 85 degrees. It is cleaned and serviced every day.
Cultural Center
The cultural center has a full kitchen with everything needed to host community dinners, potlucks, and cooking classes. There is also a large meeting room, a lounge, and a mail box center. The park office, library and laundry have entrances on the outside of the building.
Palapa Entertainment Center
The heart of the park is the Palapa entertainment center. It's a great place for parties, yoga, belly dancing, & exercise classes, karaoke, concerts, fiestas & feasts.
Water Storage
The facility features three separate water reservoirs with 200,000 gallon capacity — larger than any other known private system in northwestern Mexico.
Library, Gardens & Green Spaces
The park includes a library and 14,000 square feet of gardens and green spaces. That's about 3.5 acres!
Pickleball Court
Pickleball is one of the park's favorite pastimes. Neighbors meet at the court for friendly games and seasonal tournaments, and new players of every level are always welcome.
The Gym
The community gym gives residents a place to stay active year round, with equipment for cardio and strength workouts just steps from home.
Outdoor Games
Alongside pickleball you will find bocce and cornhole, with regular matches and tournaments through the season. There is always a game to join.
